About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Dev
Sec
Ops Engineer to join a leading cybersecurity organization in Lisbon. This role is fully
- site and requires a profile with strong technical depth in security, automation, and software delivery pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Embed security best practices throughout the entire SDLC.
• Manage, configure, and monitor security tools ensuring compliance with internal and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with Development, Operations, and Security teams to define and implement
  -
  - design practices.
• Identify vulnerabilities, conduct regular security assessments, and support mitigation plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Dev
  Sec
  Ops processes, automation, and governance.

Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dev
  Sec
  Ops Engineer or in a similar
  - focused Dev
  Ops role.
• Strong understanding of application security, compliance standards, and secure development practices.
• Hands‑on experience with security tools such as SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in English (B2/C1), spoken and written.

Nice to Have

• Security certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Comp
  TIA Security+, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with secure CI/CD pipelines, Ia
  C, container security, or cloud security practices.
