What are we looking for?

Job Description:

• Ensure the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure supporting web and application systems.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and evolutionary maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, acting proactively to prevent issues and ensure availability.
• Implement enhanced security measures and guidelines to protect systems and data.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to systems and operations.
• Design secure, reliable solutions tailored to
  - premise environments without reliance on cloud technologies.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to improve infrastructure sustainability and efficiency.
• Contribute with development background (PHP, C#) when needed to support infrastructure or automation initiatives.
• Promote best practices in security, automation, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent (mandatory).
• 5+ years of experience in maintaining and evolving IT infrastructure in
  - premise environments.
• Solid experience with physical servers, virtualization, networking, backups, datacenter security, and application firewalls.
• Strong skills in system monitoring and the ability to act both preventively and proactively.
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure security: privilege management, network segmentation, system hardening, and compliance.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code practices or configuration automation, even in
  - cloud environments.
• Ability to design and implement secure, resilient infrastructure solutions without cloud dependency.
• Development background with knowledge of PHP and/or C# is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and motivation to drive sustainable infrastructure evolution.
