Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls to protect cloud environments from cyber threats, unauthorized access, data breaches, and other risks.
• Ensure all cloud migrations comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
• Configure and manage
  - native security tools (e. g. , Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, CSPM, Azure Policies).
• Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, monitor for suspicious activity, and respond to security incidents.
• Automate security processes using tools such as Ansible and Terraform .
• Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines to embed security early in the development lifecycle.
• Monitor and secure containerized environments using
  - time threat detection and image scanners.
• Implement microsegmentation strategies (e. g. , NSX firewall with
  - based rules).
• Provide technical support, documentation, and best practices for internal teams.
• Stay informed about emerging cloud technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance security and performance.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years in IT , with at least 2 years focused on cloud security (Microsoft Azure) .
• Hands-on experience with Ansible , Terraform , and CI/CD pipelines .
• Proficiency in Microsoft Defender , Entra ID , and other Azure-native security tools.
• Familiarity with:
• CSPM (Cloud Security Posture Management)
• Container security (threat detection, image scanning)
• Azure policies and governance
• Application security in cloud environments
• Microsegmentation and NSX Firewall
• Understanding of Microsoft GSA is a plus.
• Knowledge of CIS hardening is desirable.
• Certifications in cloud technologies (preferably Microsoft Azure) are a strong plus.
