Tasks

• Design and implement security architectures for software applications.
• Interact with the sec champions guild to gather feedback to improve App
  Sec processes.
• Develop and enforce secure coding practices for development teams.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure secure SDLC practices are followed.
• Provide guidance on security assessments and code reviews.
• Conduct threat modeling exercises.
• Train developers on application security best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.
• Validate App
  Sec pipeline adoption and remove blockers.
• Review application lifecycle security posture.

Requirements

• Developer at heart, not just a security specialist.
• Ability to speak and breathe devsec.
• Think Sec, Dev, and Ops at scale and automated.
• Manage a team of hackers and be a team player and communicator.
• Help teams identify and manage security champions.
• Strong knowledge of application security principles, including OWASP.
• Familiarity with security libraries, controls, and vulnerabilities.
• Experience with SSDLC and CI/CD best practices.
• Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Zero Trust architecture.
• Tools and tech stack: Terraform/Ia
  C, Git
  Hub/Git
  Lab, Docker, Zero Trust, Pipelines, Trivy/Anchore, Cloud Native architectures, Python, Node. js.
• Familiarity with industry standards: NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2. 0, OWASP, CIS Controls, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27000 series.
• Excellent
  - solving, attention to detail, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Shift-left ambassador and pivotal in Cloud & Dev
  Ops, So
  C, GRC, and delivery areas.
• Foster App
  Sec culture and awareness.
