We are now looking for a Digital & AI PMO willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team.

For this position you need to have residency in Lisbon, Portugal.

Main Tasks

• Support the AI Program Governance and ensure alignment with Global Banking’s strategic objectives.
• Provide joint coordination with business, IT, and AI stakeholders.
• Contribute to reporting, communication, and roadmap monitoring activities.
• Assist the AI Program Manager in developing and maintaining the AI program roadmap.
• Coordinate AI project initiatives across various business lines and functions.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between AI project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI project metrics, ensuring effective measurement and evaluation of AI project outcomes.

Profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management.
• Basic understanding of AI concepts.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a
  - paced environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills, with strategic thinking.
• Experience in banking or financial services environment is a strong plus.

Technical Skills

• PMO and project governance.
• IT and AI business case management.
• Change Management.
• Digital and AI technologies.
• English – Fluent (C1).
