We are looking for a highly motivated and
- oriented
Digital & CRM Manage
r. You will oversee all paid media, SEO, analytics, CRM, and marketing automation — ensuring that every initiative drives measurable pipeline and revenue

Key Responsibilities

Own the digital media mix: paid search, social, display, and programmatic.

Lead SEO and CRO initiatives for lead capture and pipeline growth.

Oversee CRM & automation: segmentation, journeys, lead scoring, GDPR compliance.

Integrate offline conversions (site visits, reservations) into attribution models.

Build dashboards and insights to track MQL → SQL → Deal.

Manage the martech stack (CRM, CMS, analytics) and external agencies.

Role Requirements

Up to 10 years of experience in digital performance & CRM in
- commerce, marketplaces, growth agency, fintech, health, finance, or other
- growth industries.

Strong analytical and commercial mindset.

Expertise in GA4, GTM, Google Ads, Meta, Linked
In, Hub
Spot/Salesforce.

Experience working closely with Sales & Marketing Ops.
