What will you do?

  • Translate connected services strategies into concrete target business and operating models , bridging strategic vision and operational execution.
  • Design and implement operational and innovation frameworks that structure project development and streamline how new ideas are brought to market.
  • Investigate digital operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and potential privacy gaps, ensuring connected services are compliant by design.
  • Analyse existing business processes and propose improvements using Business Process Engineering methodologies .
  • Support stakeholder alignment , validating insights with
    - users and key stakeholders and transforming findings into services with a clear business rationale.
  • Develop clear narratives and visualizations to communicate project value and strategic direction to technical teams and executive leadership.
  • Act as a transversal point of contact across strategy, technology, and data teams , ensuring continuity across workstreams.
  • Cooperate with Product Owners to translate strategic objectives into structured projects with KPIs and timelines .
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in strategy execution and digital operations.

What are we looking for?

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in management consulting, digital transformation, business operations, or similar roles (preferably within the Mobility or Tech sectors ).
  • Strong experience in Business Process Engineering or process mapping (e. g. , flowcharts, BPMN) , with a keen eye for efficiency in digital workflows.
  • Familiarity with the lifecycle of digital products and services .
  • Proven ability to build compelling business cases, market analyses, and
    - driven strategic narratives.
  • Experience organizing workshops and navigating complex stakeholder environments to reach alignment and consensus.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and/or traditional project management methodologies.
  • A proactive,
    - oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work effectively in ambiguous and
    - paced environments
  • Fluency in English.
  • Based in Portugal.
  • Availability to travel within the European Union.
