Resolve queries related to digital ad campaigns, billing, and account management
Provide personalized support and optimization tips
Communicate with advertisers through chat and email
C1 English and either a Marketing degree or proven digital ads experience
Local residency in Lisbon (relocation not included)
EU work eligibility and readiness to work in shifts onsite
