What you will enjoy doing
- Ensure the continuity of the current business through digital transformation.
- Implement Agile methodologies to streamline processes, project delivery, and improve overall business performance.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily
- ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to promote transparency, continuous improvement, and collaboration. - Coach project teams and stakeholders on Agile principles, frameworks, practices, and tools, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Ensure
- quality project delivery through effective risk management, issue resolution, and progress tracking and reporting. - Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share best practices and develop standardized Agile processes across the organization.
- Provide feedback on benefits and improvements with tangible figures and use cases.
- Participate actively in digitization and automation processes, contributing to the company's digital transformation evolution.
What makes you great
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with a strong track record or 10 years in project management.
- Experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in a homecare or healthcare setting is preferred but not essential. Ability to work with complex systems.
- Certifications in Agile methodologies (e. g. , Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) are highly desirable, or PMP, Pg
MP, CSM II, or BPMN certification in process. - Proficiency in Agile project management tools (Dev
Ops) and Microsoft Office Suite. - Fluent in English (mandatory). Additional proficiency in French, Portuguese, Spanish, and/or German is a plus.
- Participate in service and process improvement projects, including outsourcing, insourcing, and service provider strategies.
- Assist in creating service level agreements (SLAs) and operational level agreements (OLAs) based on service needs.

This is a
- time position on a limited contract. Weekly working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00.
