What are you going to do?

• Monitor and evaluate personalization initiatives and multivariate testing.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to define KPIs and testing methodologies.
• Leverage tools such as Salesforce Interaction Studio for QA and test assessment.
• Safeguard data accuracy and integrity throughout experimentation workflows.
• Analyze user interactions across digital channels and online touchpoints.
• Utilize GA4 to measure performance and identify pain points or growth opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and present clear dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Validate and standardize data to ensure reliable and consistent reporting.
• Query and explore datasets using SQL and Databricks.
• Apply statistical methods and data visualization techniques to test hypotheses and support decisions.
• Maintain a
  - driven approach to proactively uncover insights and guide prioritization.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Digital Analyst with knowledge in Salesforce to rebrush current Analytics dashboard.

• Experience analyzing digital environments and online touchpoints;
• Competency in data analysis, statistics, data validation, and data visualization;
• Proficiency in GA4 and familiarity with full analytics toolchains;
• Knowledge of A/B testing best practices and tools - Salesforce Interaction Studio or Salesforce Marketing Cloud ;
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL for data manipulation and dashboarding;
• Familiarity with Databricks and Git
  Hub for data processing and version control;
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (minimum B2).
