Digital and Technology Specialist
The Digital and Technology Specialist will play a key role in managing and enhancing the technological infrastructure supporting our real estate operations. Working closely with IT and Change Management teams, this role will identify system constraints, drive digitalisation, integration and automation, and implement innovative solutions to strengthen the company's competitive edge. The Specialist will also ensure compliance with security standards, deliver training on digital tools and projects, and monitor technological trends relevant to the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Map systems and applications' architecture and identify opportunities for improvement, involving digitalisation, systems integration, automation of processes and usage of artificial intelligence.
- Manage technology and digital projects (acting as PMO) that supports the company's real estate operations.
- Propose and implement processes and systems enhancements through digitalisation, integration, automation and artificial intelligence.
- Ensure compliance with security and risk standards and regulations applicable to digital and technology (working with the IT, Compliance and risk teams).
- Provide training and support on new digital tools and projects.
- Stay informed on technological trends and assess innovative solutions for the business, that will foster digitalisation, automation and efficiency of the company's operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in IT/Digital roles, with exposure to digital transformation, automation, artificial intelligence and systems management.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise systems, Power BI, SQL, and cybersecurity/GDPR requirements and artificial intelligence principles.
- Experience managing technology projects; prior experience in real estate or asset management is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and
- solving skills, with a focus on innovation. - Fluency in English.
This is a Lisbon-based hybrid role (3 days per week in the office are expected) with a weekly presence at the office.
