We are looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Platform Manager to lead the strategic and operational management of our global DAM platform, Bynder. This role is essential in ensuring that marketing teams across brands and markets can effectively store, access, and leverage
- quality digital assets that power
- class campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

As the DAM Platform Manager, you will be the owner and champion of Bynder, ensuring its optimal performance and alignment with business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

- Platform Administration: Oversee

- day operations, system performance, and accessibility of the DAM.

- User Training & Support: Deliver onboarding, training, documentation, and ongoing support globally.

- Asset Governance: Ensure assets are tagged, approved, compliant, and aligned with brand standards.

- Metadata Management: Develop and maintain metadata frameworks to improve searchability and asset discoverability.

- Brand Consistency: Enforce the usage of final, approved assets across all markets.

- Compliance Management: Monitor asset expiry and rights usage to minimise legal and compliance risks.

- Process Optimisation: Continuously improve workflows, governance, and DAM best practices.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing, Legal, Brand, and Technology teams to align DAM practices with wider business needs.

- Reporting & Insights: Track usage, adoption, and asset performance, and report regularly to stakeholders.

- Technical Liaison: Partner with Technology teams and Bynder to define and execute the DAM roadmap.

- Communications: Co-create and distribute communications about platform updates and changes to marketing teams.

- Documentation: Maintain clear guidelines, processes, and training materials.

Who You Are:

- Experienced in managing or administering a DAM platform — Bynder experience is a strong plus.

- Passionate about digital asset workflows, metadata design, and governance.

- Highly organised,
- oriented, and proactive in improving processes and systems.

- Comfortable collaborating with
- functional and global teams.

- Strong communicator, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
