Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering : Work with stakeholders to define business needs and goals.
Process Analysis : Identify opportunities to enhance and automate business operations. Solution Design : Collaborate with tech teams to design
- focused digital solutions.
Data Analysis : Use tools like Power BI or Tableau to drive insights and performance.
Documentation : Create clear business requirements, process flows & user guides.
Continuous Improvement : Recommend enhancements to increase efficiency.
Stakeholder Management : Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.
Project Support : Help define scope, timelines, and deliverables for digital initiatives.
What You Bring
Bachelor's in Business, IT, or related field (Advanced certifications like PMP, CBAP are a plus)
3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management (Digital/IT focus preferred)
Strong analytical mindset & attention to detail
Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Microsoft Visio, Power BI, or Tableau Excellent communication & collaboration skills
Adaptable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects
