We are seeking a
- driven Digital Campaign Manager to develop and execute digital campaigns aimed at improving loan repayment rates and optimizing collection strategies. You will work with
- functional teams to drive impactful campaigns that enhance collections effectiveness while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Responsibilities include:

1. Developing and executing targeted collections campaigns using channels like SMS,
   - app notifications, and social media.
2. Planning and executing A/B tests to optimize strategies and analyzing results to improve collection rates.
3. Tracking and analyzing campaign performance, defining KPIs, and providing actionable insights.
4. Analyzing customer data to identify barriers to payment and implementing workflow improvements.
5. Collaborating with credit, product, commercial, customer care, and analytics teams to align strategies and improve effectiveness.

This is a fully remote role with travel across markets and working within UTC -1 to UTC+3 time zones.

Qualifications include:

• 3+ years experience in developing and executing digital campaigns.
• Experience with collections management systems and customer segmentation strategies.
• Proficiency in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance collection effectiveness with customer experience.
• Experience working with diverse, distributed teams across multiple countries.
