Digital Campaign Officer (Marketing) | French Speaker

Natixis in Portugal, part of Groupe BPCE, is a Centre of Expertise focused on transforming traditional banking through innovative solutions. The Digital Campaign Officer will manage in‑house banner promotions, enhancing digital spaces across our platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize the impact of internal banner advertising.
• Manage the campaign calendar, coordinating with stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Target banners using tools such as Kameleoon and Adobe, and ensure quality control and compliance with visual and textual standards.
• Validate texts and visuals with market, legal, and compliance teams; track approvals.
• Configure banners in Kameleoon, launch and publish campaigns, update planning tools and web plan.
• Run A/B testing and provide technical support and training for the team.
• Support project managers in defining overall strategy, identify best practices, and make recommendations for local and national campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, conduct monthly/quarterly reviews, and prepare performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Stay updated on market trends and propose innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing digital advertising campaigns, especially in‑house promotions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and improve performance.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial communication strategies on brand‑owned spaces.
• Proficiency in managing a digital animation plan and project management techniques.
• Experience with Kameleoon, Power BI, Adobe Analytics; Adobe Campaign or similar CRM tools preferred.
• Fluent in French and English (at least C1 level); French speaker required.
