Job Description:

How will you make an impact?

• Administrate and manage collaboration services (manage changes, apply policies, etc. ).
• Administrate and manage
  - prem solutions (Share
  Point, FSx-N SMB share, Open
  Text Documentum, IIS servers, . . . ).
• Build and update documentation for supported solutions.
• Maintain platform health.
• Identify and react to security gaps.
• Monitor collaboration solutions' health.
• Support operational teams.
• Build automation processes for platform operation.
• Coordinate with Microsoft support when needed.

Support responsibilities as a DWP Digital Collaboration engineer:

• Be a subject matter expert on digital collaboration.
• Manage priorities and SLAs.
• Bridge knowledge between engineering and operations teams.
• Apply Agile methodology.
• Develop Power
  Shell automation scripts.

• Rigorous, flexible, autonomous, passionate about tech
• Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment
• Fluent in English
