We're looking to expand our Marketing team with a
- on,
- driven Digital Content Creator, focused on
- first content and brand promotional materials. This position is available
- time or
- time (minimum hours flexible). While this is a remote role, our team is mostly based in Torres Vedras, Portugal.

To be considered, applications must include a portfolio link or examples of your work, even projects you've done personally. We want to see what you actually create, not just what's on your CV.

What you'll be doing

Capture and edit
- form video for Tik
Tok, Reels, Stories, You
Tube Shorts, and other digital formats.

Produce
- first content with speed and consistency, using lightweight, efficient tools.

Create UGC content and collaborate with creators, partners, and influencers, including defining basic briefs and content guidelines when needed.

Work closely with the Social Media team to align content execution with communication and channel strategy.

Shoot
- location content (stores, events,
- life scenarios, factories, etc. ) as needed.

Contribute ideas for campaigns, concepts, and creative directions, supporting the overall content strategy.

What we're looking for

Autonomous and proactive, able to plan, direct, and execute content independently.

Comfortable owning the full content flow: filming, editing, and producing, including UGC and spontaneous captures.

Genuine interest in understanding the business of our clients.

Comfortable working in English and Portuguese.

A leave it to me attitude and team spirit.

Bonus Points

Experience working at or with an agency.

Previous remote work experience.

Strong mastery of at least one editing tool (Cap
Cut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar).

Hands-on experience creating content with AI tools (Higgsfield, Replic, Lovable, or similar).
