Core Responsibilities

• Manage the processes of creating, editing, and publishing high‑quality visual and textual content tailored for the Turkish target audience across digital media platforms.
• Conduct comprehensive language and cultural review (moderation) to ensure content is compatible with local market dynamics and cultural sensitivities.
• Analyze content performance metrics (engagement, reach, etc. ) and continuously optimize content strategies based on data‑driven insights.
• Monitor adherence to the platform's terms of use and safety guidelines, promptly addressing content that poses potential risks or violates rules.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Project Managers, Quality Assurance Specialists) on issues concerning content quality and consistency.
• Stay abreast of digital content trends and competitor strategies, proactively proposing innovative content approaches for the platform.
• Effectively utilize technical and analytical tools to troubleshoot and report complex content‑related issues.

Required Competencies

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in content creation, publishing, or moderation.
• Native‑level (C2) proficiency in the Turkish language, demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good proficiency in English (B2 level and above) is required for internal team communication.
• In‑depth familiarity with the functioning of digital media platforms, social media trends, and content management systems.
• The ability to thrive in a high‑paced, detail‑oriented work environment, supported by strong organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proven analytical thinking capabilities and the aptitude for making data‑informed decisions.
• A high degree of awareness and sensitivity regarding ethical standards and confidentiality protocols.
• Commitment to being present on‑site (Porto, Portugal) 5 days a week during established business hours, and holding EU citizenship or a valid work permit.
