Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming support inquiries via email and chat with efficiency and precision
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and resolve inquiries across digital platforms
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal quality standards delivering consistent communication across all online touchpoints
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and performance reviews to guarantee continuous improvement

What Makes You a Great Fit

• German level B2+/C1 + English level B2 (mandatory)
• Previous experience in a contact centre is a plus
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Basic understanding of digital advertising
