We’re looking for a Global Digital Factory Delivery Manager to lead digital transformation across medium and small manufacturing sites. You’ll act as a strategic partner, aligning roadmaps, managing demands, and driving impactful digital initiatives.

Your day at Ferring

• Lead IT/OT teams across multiple sites in a matrix setup
• Coordinate digital demands from ideation to implementation
• Build strong relationships with site leaders and global stakeholders
• Oversee deployment of digital tools to optimize manufacturing
• Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
• Manage OPEX and CAPEX budgets aligned with strategic goals
• Ensure compliance with global technology standards
• Collaborate with global functions (ERP, Analytics, Infra, etc. )

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
• 5+ years in manufacturing and digital transformation
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Knowledge of SAP S/4 (PP, PP-PI, Plant Maintenance), MES, OT software (OPC, Historians)
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and validation standards (e. g. , GAMP)
• Fluent in English (French or Portuguese is a plus)
