We are seeking a Digital Growth Marketer with creative thinking,
- on expertise and excellent English communication with proven expertise in:

• A minimum of two digital marketing channels
• Creating effective copy for marketing campaigns
• Creating, setting up and optimizing paid and social campaigns to hit goals
• Setting up realistic monthly goals, tracking results and creating monthly reports

The GOALS for this position is to:

• Ensure Qualified Candidates who come to the site, sign up and create a free profiles
• Get Hiring Managers to post jobs on a regular basis
• Increase
  - engagement on the site
• Improve stickiness
  - site to bring back visitors

Required Skills:

• 7+ years growing brands online with proven paid & social media expertise
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Hands-on Expertise in at least two marketing channels such as PPC, Paid Social, SEO
• Deep knowledge of campaign analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, social dashboards, etc. )
• Strong copywriting for ads and campaigns
• Proven ability to use AI effectively to streamline and enhance marketing results
• Ideation-driven and proven ability to create strategies to ensure goals are met
