Randstad Portugal is recruiting a Digital Innovation Specialist – Strategy & Performance Management for our client, a leading company in Automotive industry sector. In this role, you will play a key part in driving digital innovation across all

- end processes. Based in Lisbon, you will work closely with the headquarters in Munich, collaborating with global operations, process optimization teams, and IT departments to identify and implement
- edge solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging technologies, and know how to evaluate their relevance from a business perspective
• Think creatively and strategically and you actively contribute to shaping our digital roadmap
• Support strategic decisions across the organization
• Translate complex innovation and digitalization topics into clear, compelling messages – especially for senior managers
• Build bridges between business and technology, inspire curiosity, and help others see the value of new approaches
• Support the
  - up of the Digital Innovation team in close collaboration with the team lead in Munich
• Provide innovative capabilities and emerging technologies to adjacent functions
• Manage the overall innovation project portfolio, including initiation, coordination, and tracking
• Define and implement overarching innovation methodologies
• Conduct PMO related activities for all ongoing innovation projects
• Align with central IT on digital roadmap planning and execution

Skills:

• 3–7 years of professional experience in digital transformation, innovation, or Shared Services
• A university degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Computer Science
• Proven ability to identify and leverage market trends to drive innovation and achieve business goals
• Hands-on experience with key technologies, including Agentic AI, Process Mining, and
  - code/no-code platforms
• Deep knowledge of emerging technologies, digital tools, and platforms
• Strong planning, execution, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience in
  - functional teams
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Independent, structured, and
  - oriented
