Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

As a Digital Invoice Solutions Assistant, your focus is on optimizing financial processes and systems in a dynamic, multicultural environment. This role is key in supporting
- invoicing adoption and contributing to digital finance transformation.

• Support onboarding of new suppliers to strengthen e‑invoicing adoption
• Ensure proper analysis and process definition for electronic invoices in close collaboration with Accounts Payable teams
• Provide functional support to internal and external stakeholders regarding
  - invoicing
• Maintain documentation and reports related to the
  - invoicing program
• Deploy the
  - invoicing program to other Infineon locations
• Participate in a project focused on migrating entities from the previous SAP system to the upgraded version

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

You are a result‑oriented team player with a proactive mindset and strong interpersonal skills. You communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders and thrive in a cooperative, high‑quality work environment.

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Languages, or a related field
• Around 1 year of experience in Controlling, Accounting, Procurement, or Shared Services
• Good understanding of Purchase to Pay processes
• Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA FI/TR and SAP workflows will be a plus
• Strong skills in MS Excel and documentation management
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
