• Location: Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid World Trade Center)

• Salary: 24. 310 + up to 4. 290 gross/year in bonus

What Youll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating
  - performing PPC campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
• Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and
  - term performance.
• Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.

Requirements

• Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
• Languages: Native or C2-level German + fluent English.
• Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with strong
  - facing experience.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
• Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.
