About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Data Analyst to transform data into insights that drive smarter decisions. You’ll monitor online performance, produce clear reports, and support teams with analytics tools. This role combines analysis, reporting, and collaboration with digital teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital performance by reviewing campaign and website data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations.
- Create and share reports that clearly communicate findings, using dashboards and visualization tools to make data accessible for stakeholders.
- Support internal teams and users by offering guidance on analytics tools (especially Adobe Analytics), troubleshooting issues, and training on best practices.
- Manage access and permissions for analytics platforms and ensure smooth operation of internal tools.
- Contribute to projects by assisting with planning, tracking progress, and suggesting improvements to analysis and reporting processes.
- Maintain and update internal tools, including URL tracking generators, and deliver training for teams and subsidiaries on their use.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies, recommending new tools or methods to enhance data analysis and reporting capabilities.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in Marketing, Data Science, IT, or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Analytics (certification is a plus).
- Skilled in Power BI and SQL.
- Familiarity with project management tools and consent management systems.
- Fluent in English and French mandatory.
