Social Media Platforms are an integral part of our daily lives, and we're looking for someone to help us harness their potential. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative marketing strategies and creating a lasting impact on the advertising landscape.

Your Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through telephone and email communications
• Identify sales opportunities and acquire new advertisers in the small and medium business (SMB) space
• Provide consultative services to clients, ensuring they receive the best solutions for their business goals
• Gather feedback on advertising products to drive continuous improvement

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native German speaker with a good level of English (at least B2)
• High school degree or bachelor's degree
• Sales or marketing background
• General understanding or interest in online marketing products
• Strategic thinking skills
• Drive for excellence and professionalism
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Team player with the ability to work with diverse nationalities
