Responsibilities:

• Providing expert guidance on various client queries
• Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders in the marketing industry
• Understanding clients' business goals to deliver tailored online advertisement solutions
• Serving as a strategic campaign support and advertiser training expert
• Fostering exceptional customer satisfaction through quality and

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Dutch and English (at least B2 level)
• Secondary school education or higher degree
• Previous experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Strategic thinking skills
• A passion for excellence and professionalism
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Team player with ability to work with diverse nationalities
