You are responsible for the needs of the customers and find the best solution to make them happy again.

Your responsibilities and impact as Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent will be:

• Providing optimal advice regarding different queries of business clients
• Creating meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serving as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
• Understanding the business goals of your clients to match the required online advertisement solutions
• Providing strategic campaign support and advertiser training to educate your clients
• Achieving strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role:

• Mother tongue level in French + good English level (at least B2)
• Completed secondary school or already have a Bachelor degree
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with social media
• Strategic thinking
• Striving for excellence and professionalism
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Being a team player and willing to work with many nationalities

What's in it for you?

• Long-term
  - term contract for 12 months, renewable annually
• Working hours: Mon – Fri 8 to 18h (40h/week)
• 5-week training including Google Ads certification
• Salary options:
• With free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month + monthly bonus
• Without accommodation: 1240€ gross/month + monthly bonus
• Reimbursement of initial flight costs after 9 months
• Airport pickup
• Annual return ticket to your home country (within the EU)
• Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, etc. , upon arrival
