Your responsibilities and impact as a Digital Marketing Customer Service Agent will be:

Providing professional advice and solutions to business clients’ queries

Building meaningful relationships with
- makers in the marketing industry

Acting as a consultant for online advertising strategies

Understanding clients’ business goals to recommend the right advertising solutions

Supporting campaigns strategically and delivering advertiser training

Ensuring strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:

Native level of French with good English skills (B2 minimum)

Secondary school diploma or bachelor’s degree completed

Previous experience in customer service or sales

Familiarity with social media and digital platforms

Strategic thinker with excellent communication and listening skills

Motivation, professionalism, and drive for excellence

Team spirit and openness to working in a multicultural environment

What’s in it for you?

Contract type: 12-month renewable
- term contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 6 pm (40h/week)

Training: 5 weeks, including Google Ads certification

Salary package (two options):

With accommodation (shared flat, bills included): €1040 gross/month + monthly bonus

Without accommodation: €1240 gross/month + monthly bonus

Relocation support for international candidates:

Reimbursement of initial flight after 9 months

Airport
- up upon arrival

Annual return flight to your home country (within the EU)

Assistance with paperwork, bank account setup, and integration
