Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Agent will include:

1. Providing optimal advice regarding business clients' queries
2. Creating meaningful rapport with key decision makers in the marketing industry and serving as a consultant for their online advertising strategy
3. Understanding your clients' business goals to match the required online advertisement solutions
4. Providing strategic campaign support and advertiser training
5. Achieving strong customer satisfaction with a focus on quality and results

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed:

• Mother tongue level in Hebrew and good English (at least B2)
• Completed secondary school or a Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in customer service or sales
• Familiarity with social media
• Strategic thinking
• Striving for excellence and professionalism
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Team player willing to work with many nationalities

What’s in it for you?

• Contract type: Long-term
  - term contract for 12 months, renewable annually.
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 to 18:00 (40 hours/week)
• Training: 5 weeks including Google Ads certification

Salary options:

• Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1, 400€ gross/month + monthly bonus
• Without accommodation: 1, 700€ gross/month + monthly bonus
