The Role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager based near Lagos Portugal (hybrid work schedule, working at least 2 days per week in our Lagos office) to develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms.

This is an amazing role for someone who likes to take control and make things happen. You'll be leading all of our marketing and advertising efforts, and will be supported by the team to bring your ideas to life.

You will be responsible for:

✅ Content Creation & Social Media

• Plan, create, and post engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, Linked
  In, You
  Tube, and X.com
• Shoot and edit
  - form video content for social media, advertisements, and brand awareness (interviews with team members, client testimonials, etc. )
• Ensure content reflects our premium positioning and speaks directly to expat business owners in Portugal

✅ SEO & Website Optimization

• Improve and maintain website SEO to drive organic traffic and lead generation
• Optimize website landing pages to improve conversion rates
• Conduct keyword research and track performance metrics

✅ Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, You
  Tube, and Linked
  In
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI
• Execute and test A/B marketing campaigns for continuous improvement

✅ Cold Outreach & Lead Generation

• Develop and manage automated email and Linked
  In outreach campaigns
• Test messaging strategies to improve response rates and conversions
• Monitor campaign engagement and adjust messaging based on performance

✅ Brand Development & Strategy

• Help refine and define Elevate Accounting’s brand identity and messaging
• Ensure consistency across all marketing materials, online presence, and advertising campaigns
• Identify new marketing opportunities to further expand brand awareness

✅ Marketing Design & Content Creation

• Design and create advertisements, social media graphics, and marketing materials (using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar)
• Write engaging ad copy, email campaigns, and website content

✅ Analytics & Reporting

• Track and analyze marketing performance (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. )
• Provide
  - driven recommendations to improve marketing efforts
• Report on campaign success and key metrics

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of
- on experience in digital marketing, social media management, or paid advertising

• Proven ability to shoot, edit, and produce video content

• Strong SEO knowledge and experience optimizing websites for search engines

• Experience running and managing Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and Linked
In Ads

• Ability to design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools

• Experience with email marketing and automated outreach campaigns

• Strong copywriting skills for ads, emails, and social media posts

• Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc. )

• We understand that some freelance support may be needed, since it's unlikely that 1 person can do every aspect of this role effectively.

Nice-to-Have Skills (But Willing to Train)

• Experience with CRM tools like Go High Level

• Familiarity with marketing automation and funnel building

• Understanding of expat business challenges in Portugal

Location & Work Environment

• This is a hybrid role based in Lagos, Portugal. You must be available to work from the office in Lagos at least 1-2 days per week to better understand the company, shoot videos, and attend meetings.   You can work from our office full time if you prefer.

• You must be fluent in English (Portuguese is nice to have but NOT required).

Salary & Compensation

• €1, 000-€1, 300/month (based on experience and fit)
