I’m supporting a client as part of an ongoing recruitment process and am currently looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with strong,
- on experience across core digital channels.

This role is focused on execution and performance rather than brand or offline marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing digital tools day to day, coordinating external partners when needed, and owning digital marketing outputs end to end.

Newsletters & Email Marketing

• Manage regular newsletters from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate content, design, and translations where needed.
• Monitor performance (open rates, clicks, engagement) and optimise over time.

Website Management

• Coordinate improvements and updates to the website.
• Work on content structure, messaging, and conversion optimisation.
• Oversee SEO fundamentals, performance, and tracking.
• Coordinate external developers or designers when required.

Paid Digital Campaigns

• Launch, manage, and optimise paid campaigns across:
• Linked
  In Ads
• Meta Ads
• Google Ads
• Define audiences, manage budgets, and track performance.
• Coordinate creatives and copy with internal or external contributors.
• Report on results and campaign impact.

CRM & Marketing Automation

• Use CRM and email platforms to run campaigns and newsletters.
• Manage segmentation, lists, and basic automations.
• Track results and maintain clear reporting.

Social Media

• Manage and publish social media content
• Coordinate content creation with internal stakeholders or freelancers.
• Ensure consistency and alignment with business objectives.

• Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, resourceful, and
  - directed.
• Bias toward action: prefers shipping, testing, and improving over perfection.
• Comfortable working autonomously.
• Able to coordinate and oversee external partners.
• Structured, reliable, and
  - oriented.
