Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist (German) Lisboa

We are working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a German speaking Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist for their Lisbon office.

Position: Digital Marketing Optimisation Specialist

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Employment type: Full-time, hybrid work mode/ Mon-FR 9-18

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques and work aligned to customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile and Video
• Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental process and policies
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent in German, both oral and written. Fluent in English.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles
• Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (Ad
  Words, Advertising, etc. )
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certified - will be considered as an advantage
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
• Technologically savvy and strong interest in new digital marketing trends
• The ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process and policy information
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with constant focus on quality
• Able to work independently and as a part of the team.
