Job Description:

Location: Lisbon, Portugal - Hybrid (2 days in office)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques aligned with customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video
• Identify opportunities in accounts to help seize sales potential
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition to identify operational improvements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German, Polish, or Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in digital marketing roles
• Experience in a B2B environment with active use of digital tools and online applications (Ad
  Words, Advertising, etc. )
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certification is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• Technologically savvy with interest in digital marketing trends
• Ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of information
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethics with focus on quality
• Ability to work independently and in a team
