Job Description:

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions
• Gather and analyse data at both account and campaign level
• Create reports to support or aid the optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques aligned with customers' goals across Search, Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and Video
• Identify general opportunities in an account to help seize sales opportunities
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German (C1), both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in Digital marketing roles
• Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet and online applications (Ad
  Words, Advertising, etc. )
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certified - considered an advantage
• Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel)
• Technologically savvy with a strong interest in new digital marketing trends
• The ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy information
• Demonstrated capacity for critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail
• Strong work ethic with constant focus on quality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Gross €23, 000 / year (experience 1+ year)
• Assistance from real estate team, reimbursement €2, 500 if outside mainland Portugal, €1, 250 if within Portugal but more than 100 km from Lisbon
• Experience working with Google/Meta/social platform Ads required, Mon-FR role in hybrid model/Anjos office
