Compensation: Base salary + relocation package + yearly bonus

? Responsibilities:

? Build and optimise advertising campaigns for
- tier B2B clients
? Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations
? Analyze campaign and
- level data for performance improvements
? Generate reports to support optimisation strategies
? Align digital solutions with client goals across Search, Mobile & Video
? Spot opportunities to grow accounts and increase ad revenue
? Apply critical thinking to improve internal processes and customer results

? Requirements:
✔ Native/fluent in German (C2), fluent in English (B2+)
✔ 1–2 years of digital marketing experience
✔ Solid understanding of online advertising (Ad
Words, GSN, etc. )
✔ Google Ads certification (Search Fundamentals) is a plus
✔ Skilled in Excel and familiar with Microsoft Office tools
✔ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
✔ Passionate about marketing trends and tech innovation
✔ Self-starter, collaborative, and
- driven
