Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

What you'll do:

1. Implement
   - impact campaign optimization strategies aligned to client goals
2. Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights
3. Create keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations
4. Build reports that support strategic marketing decisions
5. Optimize across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video platforms
6. Identify growth and upsell opportunities
7. Demonstrate innovation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

1. Native/fluent Polish and fluent English (min. B2)
2. 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing (B2B experience a plus)
3. Comfortable with Ad
   Words/Google Ads and Microsoft Excel
4. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
5. Fast learner with excellent
   - solving skills
6. Ad
   Words certification is a bonus!
7. A team player with the ability to work independently
