? Location: Lisbon, Portugal – Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

? Languages: Polish (C2/native), English (min. B2)
? Compensation: Base salary + meal & relocation allowance

✨ What you'll do:

? Implement
- impact campaign optimization strategies aligned to client goals
? Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights
? Create keyword packs, bids, and budget recommendations
? Build reports that support strategic marketing decisions
? Optimize across Search, GSN, Mobile, and Video platforms
? Identify growth and upsell opportunities
? Demonstrate innovation and continuous improvement

✅ What we're looking for:
? Native/fluent Polish and fluent English (min. B2)
? 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing (B2B experience a plus)
? Comfortable with Ad
Words/Google Ads and Microsoft Excel
? Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
? Fast learner with excellent
- solving skills
? Ad
Words certification is a bonus!
