The main purpose of the role would be to act as a Subject Matter Expert for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team.

The team will work onsite alongside internal teams for a leading online multinational company to respond to client leads and assist in the success of this project. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern,
- paced environment driven by excellence.

Your responsibilities:

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers;
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
• Gather and analyze data at the account and campaign levels;
• Create reports to support optimization strategies;
• Use optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
  Tube;
• Identify opportunities in accounts to help sales teams seize them and drive conversations with agencies and clients;
• Maintain understanding of departmental processes and policies;
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in operational improvements.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Swedish (C2 or native);
• Digital marketing experience (client service or account management);
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certified (preferential);
• Experience in a B2B environment and active use of Digital/Internet applications (Ad
  Words, Advertising, etc. );
• Critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;
• Strong work ethic, ability to work independently and in teams;
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and apply new information;
• Passion for excellence and quality customer service.

Salary and Perks:

• Base salary + 2 full extra salaries per year;
• Language Premium Bonus;
• Transportation allowance: 720 EUR gross yearly;
• Meal allowance: 7. 63 EUR net per working day via meal card;
• Annual performance bonus: 5% of yearly base salary;
• Relocation package: 2000 EUR gross paid with the first salary.
