Who You Are:

• Fluent in German, strong communicator in English
• At least 12 months of experience in digital ads optimization (Google, Meta, Tik
  Tok, etc. )
• Intermediate-Advanced level Excel/Sheets expertise
• Analytical mindset with deep understanding of KPIs and digital growth
• Natural
