Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German Speaker) to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support marketing operations and digital campaign optimization for clients, ensuring performance goals are met through strategic insights and data‑driven decisions. You’ll work with one of the world’s leading digital advertising platforms, helping businesses improve their online presence and campaign effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns for German‑speaking clients.
• Analyze and interpret campaign data to enhance performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with account managers to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Provide strategic recommendations on Google Ads optimizations.
• Ensure alignment with brand and platform guidelines.
• Deliver high‑quality support and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German speaker (C1 level or above).
• Strong English communication skills (written & spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience with Google Ads (mandatory).
• Analytical mindset with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast‑paced environment.
• EU ID or valid Portuguese residence card (mandatory).

Employment Details

• Start Date: 24 November 2025
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
• Work Model: Hybrid (LACS Santos, Lisbon)
• Salary: €23, 000 per year
