Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize online marketing campaigns for German‑speaking clients.
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance.
• Analyze metrics, identify trends, and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
• Support clients in understanding digital tools, performance dashboards, and Google Ads features.
• Troubleshoot advertising issues and provide technical and operational guidance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• German: C2 / Native (mandatory).
• English: B2+ for internal communication.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, online advertising, or Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with PPC, SEM, SEO principles, and performance reporting.
• Ability to work hybrid from Lisbon (legal right to work in Portugal required).
• Customer‑oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
