Start Date:October 27, 2025

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00

Key Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions & strategies for
  - value customers.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Tik
  Tok, and other digital advertising platforms.
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions to improve campaign performance.
• Develop expertise across Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
  Tube Ads.
• Analyze data and trends to generate meaningful insights and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Languages: Fluent German (mandatory) with B2 English, written and spoken
• Experience: At least 12 months in ad optimization (Google, Meta, Tik
  Tok, or other digital marketing platforms).
• Skills:
• Strong Excel knowledge
• Analytical mindset with a good understanding of KPIs
• Ability to develop
  - driven strategies for digital campaigns

Base Salary: EUR 23, 000/year

Language Premium Bonus: EUR 3, 240/year

Meal Allowance: EUR 7. 63 per workday, net (paid via meal card)

Transportation Bonus: EUR 720/year

Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross salary
