Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist (German Speaking) - Hybrid

- value advertisers across Google, Meta, Tik
Tok, and other major platforms. If you're passionate about data, performance, and strategic campaign growth, this role is built for you.

Start Date: December 9, 2025

Working hours:Monday to Friday, 08:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

• Optimize and improve performance for
  - value advertising accounts.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), Tik
  Tok, and other digital paid media platforms.
• Build keyword sets, create bidding strategies, and recommend budget improvements.
• Develop expertise across Google Search Network, Mobile ads, and You
  Tube.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and deliver KPI-focused insights.

Requirements:

• Fluent/C2+ German (mandatory)
• B2 English (spoken & written)
• 12+ months of experience in digital advertising optimization (Google, Meta, Tik
  Tok, etc. )
• Strong analytical mindset + solid Excel skills
• Ability to design and implement
  - driven campaign strategies
• Available for hybrid work in Lisbon, Portugal
