About The Role

As a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist, you will implement optimization solutions and strategies for
- value clients, specializing in social media advertising and Google Ads management. Your role will focus on improving campaign performance and contributing to business results through meaningful data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement optimization solutions and strategies for
  - value clients.
• Manage social media advertising across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.
• Create keyword packages and provide bid and budget recommendations.
• Build expertise in optimization techniques across Google products (GSN, You
  Tube, Mobile).
• Conduct data and trend analysis to generate actionable insights and report on KPIs.

Requirements

• Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising and optimization; experience with Google, Facebook, Tik
  Tok, or other online marketing platforms is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking.
• Good understanding of KPIs and performance measurement.
• German language proficiency: minimum B2 level

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: 23, 000
• Annual Premium Bonus: 3, 240
• Daily Meal Allowance: 7. 63 / working day
• Annual Transportation Bonus: 720
• Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross salary
• Health & Life Insurance: Family plan including spouse and children

Contract & Relocation Support

• Contract Type: Permanent
• Relocation Support:
  • Assistance with NIF and NISS registration
  • Help finding accommodation
  • Relocation bonus: 2, 000 for candidates moving from outside Continental Portugal, 1, 000 for candidates relocating from outside the Lisbon metropolitan area
