We're looking for a talented and driven

Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist

who can speak

Polish or German

and is ready to take on a key role in optimizing and managing digital campaigns for our clients.

What You'll Do

• Optimize, monitor, and improve performance of Google Ads campaigns
• Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
• Work closely with the marketing team to deliver
  - driven strategies
• Ensure best practices across all digital marketing activities
• Communicate with clients or internal teams in Polish or German when needed

Requirements

• Fluent Polish OR German
• At least B2 English level
• Minimum 1 year of
  - on experience with Google Ads
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Lisbon, Portugal.
