Digital Marketing Performance Consultant
About the Job
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Performance Consultant to support the growth of our expertise division and manage the performance of our clients' digital systems. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in paid media, expertise in tracking/data issues, and a good understanding of SEO levers.
This role involves strategic management, operational execution and client support.
Main Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
- Define media strategies based on client business objectives (acquisition, conversion, awareness).
- Set up, optimise and monitor campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, Tik
Tok Ads, Linked
In Ads, programmatic, etc.
- Develop media plans and budget recommendations.
- Analyse performance, develop dashboards and formulate actionable recommendations.
SEO & CRO
- Perform technical, semantic and netlinking SEO audits.
- Build SEO roadmaps, prioritise actions and coordinate their implementation.
- Monitor the evolution of organic traffic, positioning and Core Web Vitals signals.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of page performance (A/B testing, UX, conversion).
Tracking & Data
- Design and implement tagging plans (GTM, server‐side tracking if available).
- Configure and maintain measurement tools (GA4, Consent Mode, media pixels).
- Ensure data reliability and contribute tobars privacy Yah constraint (GDPR, CMP).
- Produce and maintain dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI or equivalent).
Client Management & Coordination
- Be the point of contact for clients on all performance issues.
- chau manage projects and coordinate internal and external stakeholders (creative, development, data, media).
- Prepare and lead steering committees, quarterly reviews and optimisation meetings.
Required Profile
- Minimum 4 to 7 years' experience in digital agencies or with advertisers on Data & Acquisition assignments.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Excellent command of media platforms and RO(Byte)reinterpretation/CPI optimisation mechanisms.
- Proven SEO skills (auditing, recommendations, monitoring).
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (GTM, GA4, server‐side, CMP).
- Comfortable with data, analytical mind and business acumen.
- Good interpersonal skills, autonomy and ability to explain technical subjects.
