Responsibilities

• Building connections: Reach out to new and existing clients through calls and emails, uncovering opportunities to boost their success
• Driving growth: Manage a portfolio of small business clients, helping them thrive by increasing their revenue through tailored strategies
• Market expertise: Dive deep into industry trends, market dynamics, and client business models to provide insightful recommendations
• Customized solutions: Identify opportunities and craft personalized advertising solutions to help clients achieve their unique goals
• Ongoing partnership: Engage proactively with clients, tracking product performance, sharing insights, and tuning strategies for maximum impact

Requirements

• Sales experience or related: 3+ years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing
• Passion for advertising and sales
• Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
• Skilled in delivering impactful client presentations backed by data
• Proficient in English (B2 level)
• C2 level of German
• Quick learner, adaptable, and
  - oriented
• Organized, punctual, and
  - driven
