We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join our international team in Lisbon. If you have strong experience inAds Optimization, enjoy working with data, and want to contribute to the success of a global video streaming platform, this opportunity is for you. Hybrid schedule and relocation support available for candidates moving from within Portugal or abroad.

? What You Will Do

• Implement optimization strategies and solutions for
  - value customer accounts.
• Manage and optimize Social Media Advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on Google Ads.
• Build effective keyword packs, bidding strategies, and budget recommendations.
• Develop expertise across Google marketing products
• Analyze campaign data, spot trends, and produce actionable insights and KPI-focused reports.
• Continuously test and refine campaign structures to maximize ROI and customer satisfaction.

? Requirements

• German level C2 (written & spoken)
• English: Intermediate level
• Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization, preferably Google Ads
• Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs
• Solid Excel skills (reporting, data analysis, formulas)
• Analytical mindset with excellent
  - solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail

? Preferred Experience

• Experience in digital agencies or working with international client portfolios
• Familiarity with You
  Tube Ads, mobile advertising, and keyword strategy
• Experience in tech, media, or streaming industries is a plus

? Relocation Support
