- led Business Resource Groups (BRGs), leadership development tracks, special industry events, and much more. **Job Purpose**:Reporting to the Finance Technology business unit, this job works with customers in developing data driven, automated, digital marketing campaigns, through our proprietary CRM platform that deliver measurable business outcomes. The incumbent will not only be well on the path to a deep technical knowledge of marketing automation, but also have digital marketing and demand generation experience. **Responsibilities**:
- Work with guidance from team members to develop and maintain campaign flows that successfully move prospects through the customer journey. Ensure campaign setup and processes are in line with the project guidelines. - Ensure performance of digital marketing campaigns are assessed against goals (ROI and KPIs)- Contribute to best practice sharing to optimise the effectiveness of campaigns, and propose areas of improvement in execution. Research new techniques using marketing automation, impacting campaign design, points within the customer journey, content development, engagement strategies and conversions. - Support country and retailer marketing teams with the design, testing, execution, maintenance and reporting of automated marketing campaigns using our CRM tool. **Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:
